Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of hands-on, spiritual healing which boosts energy levels and restores and maintains balance, health and harmony on all levels of our being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki promotes the healing process within the physical body, calms and balances us emotionally and mentally, and helps to release negative blocks/karma at a deep soul level. Reiki enhances any orthodox medical treatment the client may be receiving. The procedure is non-invasive and the client remains fully clothed. Reiki can also be combined with crystals for a deeper, more powerful treatment.
Reiki can help to calm the mind and emotions, balance the chakras (energy centres), promote healing of injuries and provide relief from a wide variety of physical ailments. It helps lift depression and relieves symptoms of stress.
Angelic Reiki
A high vibration healing method working with the highest beings of the Angelic Realm to bring about healing on all levels to balance the whole person and address the causes of symptoms. Incorporates sacred symbols, power words, tuning forks, etheric crystals and sacred colour breathing. Kha Sekh Em raises your personal vibration, energises and relaxes, balances the brain and assists healing of all physical ailments, depression and stress-related conditions.
The full treatment is 1 hr 15 mins and includes working hands-on or working in the aura, opening up the aura to release stuck negative energy (psychic surgery), negative energy drain technique and rebalancing the body. Shorter treatments are also available.
Crystal Chakra Balancing
Crystals can be used to balance and clear the chakras and aura, helping to release blocked energy in areas of imbalance. This half hour treatment includes dowsing the chakras to detect imbalances and application of appropriate crystals. The feet are massaged for 10 minutes with a crystal egg to stimulate reflex points and promote relaxation.
Reflexology
By stimulating the reflex points on the feet, balance and healing is promoted in the corresponding organs of the body. Reflexology revitalises the body by encouraging free flow of the energy that links all bodily systems and all levels of our being. It works to remove energy blockages in order to heal imbalances, improve circulation, soothe pain/inflammation, ease tension and promote detoxification. Reflexology is particularly beneficial for headaches and sinusitis, digestive problems, joint pain, back pain, hormonal imbalance, circulatory problems, stress and insomnia, and for maintaining good health.
Indian Head, Neck & Shoulders Massage
A relaxing, therapeutic massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It promotes calm and relaxation, reduces stress levels and blood pressure, relieves eye strain and tension headaches, improves blood circulation and muscle tone, aids sleep and gives a general sense of wellbeing. It is also helpful in cases of sinusitis, depression, anxiety and nervous disorders. The treatment ends with a facial massage to stimulate energy points, increase circulation of blood and lymph, promote sinus and lymphatic drainage and provide a sense of complete relaxation.
Hopi Ear Candles
A gentle, relaxing therapy beneficial for many problems related to the ear and head or for pure relaxation and wellbeing. Particularly useful in cases of tinnitus, sinusitis, rhinitis, glue-ear, colds and flu, sinus related headaches and migraine. This therapy regulates pressure in the head and ears and helps to balance fluids in the inner ear canal so is helpful in cases of vertigo and Meniere’s Syndrome. It can also help with excessive or compacted wax. The treatment ends with a facial massage to stimulate energy points, increase blood circulation and promote sinus and lymphatic drainage.
